Biohumus

Podil'sky Biohumus, the organic fertilizer, is an eco- safe, highly bio-active organics containing a balanced proportion of all valuable nutrients. The product is a result of cattle wastes processing by a technological worm "Podilsky Hybrid" population.

Podil'sky Biohumus is used as a fertilizer in all kinds of agricultural production (gardening and horticulture), in particular for growing:

• grains and vegetables, enhancing harvest quality and quantity;
• bushes, trees and flowers in gardens, greenhouses, nursery farms, urban environmental complexes and parks for landscaping and gardening;
• domiciliary vegetables and flowers planting, improving soil qualities in all climatic zones;

The Biohumus doesn’t contain pathogens, helminthes eggs, protozoan cysts, maggots of synanthropic flies and weed seeds. This microbiological nutrient contains a unique combination of microorganisms, important macro- and microelements, ferments, soil antibiotics, vitamins, growth-promoting hormones which enrich the soil with antibiotics, phyto-hormones, fungicide and antibacterial components thus eliminating pathogenic microflora and a number of wide-spread plant diseases.

The fertilizer is well digested by plants during all their growth-period and may be used for all soil types and in all seasons.

Californian Worm Population for Biohumus Production

The Podil'sky Hybrid is a technical population of live worms of our own selection incubated in artificial conditions.

The worm is used for processing organic wastes into a bio-fertilizer (Biohumus) and also for enlarging the worm bio-mass, which is later used for manufacturing protein and vitamin containing fodder additions for animal, bird and fish industry.

How to use

Making soil mixture

For transplanting vegetables mix one unit of the Biohumus with 3-5 units of turfen soil or peat; for flower pots – with 4-5 units of soil.

For greens

Distribute the Biohumus in equal portions on the upper surface of the bed, mingle together with soil, water and sow the seeds. For 1 square meter of the bed take 0,5 – 1 kg of the Biohumus.

For tomatoes, cucumbers and pepper transplanting

Introduce approximately 100 – 200 gr of the Biohumus into each seed-bed, water abundantly and bed a transplant.

For potatoes

Introduce 100-200 gr of the Biohumus under each bulb.

For strawberries

Introduce 150-200 gr of the Biohumus into each seed-bed.

For winter garlic

0,5 kg of the Biohumus should be introduced into the ground at 1 square meter area and mixed with the soil to the depth of 0,1 meters.

For fruit trees

2 kg of the Biohumus should be introduced into each seed-bed and mixed with the soil. For fertilizing the plants once a month use 0,5 kg of Biohumus per 1 square meter around the tree body or in the spacing, mingle and water.

For feeding bushes and fruit trees

Place 0,5 kg of the Biohumus under a tree head on 1 square meter area. For fertilizing flowers and decorative plants take150-200 gr of Biohumus per 1 square meter and introduce around the plant trunk or in the spacing, mingle and water.

For feeding domiciliary flowers

Introduce 2-3 full-spoons of the Biohumus under the plant once in 2 months.

For fluid fertilizing of seedlings and domiciliary plants

To make an aqueous Biohumus extract dissolve 1 glass of the Biohumus in a bucket of normal temperature, water and leave it for 24 hours in room temperature. Moisten cabbage, cucumber and tomato seeds with the solution received and leave them for 12 hours for improving their germination capability.

For watering garden crops

Water down the above mentioned extract in proportion 1 glass of the solution per 2 glasses of water. The solution received is good for spraying fruit trees.

Spraying apple trees while blooming, fruit dropping, bud setting and fruit formation enhanced productivity (fruits become bigger, more juicy and sweet).

Spraying trees and bushes while bud setting improves next harvests. The production yield increases at least at 33% and the terms of raping shorten at 10-15 days. Spraying flower crops with the solution each 7-8 days fastens their growth and blooming, enhances leaves color, substantially improves flowers decorative qualities and differentiates their sorts.
