Awarding the Order on the Occasion of the 1020^th Anniversary of the Rus Baptising.

On the 21^st of September the Orthodox Church celebrates the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God. This is the Day of God's mercy, when the most devout hopes come true. This day opens the new liturgical year, as the history of the New Testimony takes its rise from the birth of a female child who would later become the Door to the promised Savior of the World.

In honor of this happy event about 140 years ago a Temple of the Nativity was built in Shepetivka. During its existence the Church has gone through numerous changes. For a certain period of time it served for catholic ministries. Today it belongs to the orthodox community. Here the congregation and the pastorate of the church raise prayers for peace and salvation of all the souls on the earth.

On the day of the Fest the Temple has joined together priesthoods from both our and other regions on a solemn divine service. Each Christian heart was embalmed with the divine blessing, prayer and the glorious singing of the choir.

The ceremonial procession and the preaching were followed by the triumphant awarding. This year Andriy Gordiychuk, the Chief of the Board of the Svarog West Group Corporation, was honored by the Award to the 1020^th Anniversary of the Kyiv Rus Baptizing for enhancing benefaction and consistent supporting orthodox churches. During the ceremony the High Priest of the Abby has declared "worthy". By the way, this was not the first time when Andriy Gordiychuk was honored. He is also the Knight of the Illya Muromets Order.

The visitors of the Ceremony brought the happy spirit of the Temple to their homes and families. And the domes of the Church looked like God's blessing under the shining sun.
