Recently the city of Khmel'nytsky has hosted the 24th regional agricultural "Agro-Podillya 2008" exhibition, where the leading regional agricultural manufacturers and processors have presented their best achievements.
Among the participants were Ivan Havchuk, the Regional State Administration Chief, Ivan Hladunyak, the Regional Council Head, Ukrainian state officials, regional governmental bodies' leaders and other authorities.
The participants of the exhibition had a privilege to get acquainted with the most cutting-edge technologies, to be treated with and to buy the production of the leading food manufacturers and processors, to examine the achievements of animal selection and breeding, as well as to purchase young prime slaughter cattle.
Among the most active exhibitors was the Svarog West Group Corporation. Its delegation headed by Anatoliy Palyanytsya, the Cattle Breeding Department Director, has also presented the best exhibits and achievements in the area, acquainted the visitors with the business offer of its enterprises, which are official cattle breeders of aberdeen-angus meat (Myrne Ltd.) and Ukrainian black-and-piebald dairy breeds (Podil'sky Hospodar Ltd.).
As it was summarized by Volodymyr Kyrylyuk, the Regional State Administration Deputy Chief:
- The key issue is to first of all use effectively the resources we already have. That's why we must be active and enthusiastic in the area, ready to perceive and implement new knowledge and know-how in our own practices and businesses.
We, as well as the whole Khmel'nytsky region, look forward to getting good benefits from the launched cooperation between animal producers.
