Corporation "Svarog West Group continues to acquire advanced foreign experience that allows to cope with the everyday challenges. Following well-known words, workers of the corporation "learn from others and do not neglect their own". Almost all branches the corporation operates depend on technical support. Refusing from old Soviet-era machinery and focusing on the modern Western techniques of production was a bold move. By linking corporation's destiny with the giants of agro-industrial production, the corporation gradually acquired a reputation of a reliable and responsible partner. A striking example of this fact is recent visit of Sergiy Filyuk, director of Mokyivstsy MTS, to Germany, as a member of the Ukrainian delegation. To begin with, the travel and accommodation were paid by the inviting party - the official distributor of Fend and Horsch plants. Their machinery is constantly working on fields of the corporation. Organizers primary goal was desire to strengthen business relationships and to introduce the latest novelties and certify the highest quality of their products. In addition, guests of the German manufacturers will have possibility for the further acquisition of machinery at producer prices.
Delegates visited the museum of tractors in Fend plant where one can even see units produced in the beginning of XX century. One of the owners of the plant welcomed the delegation. The excursion took place during production, without any «show». Main shops and test area impressed the guests with German purity and cleanliness. However, it is worth to note that among the staff of the plant there is quite a lot of our compatriots who are considered high-class professionals. The average salary at the plant - Euro 1200. The pearl of the excursion was demonstration of tractor prototypes, which are only scheduled to run in production.
Horsch plant is in 120 km from Munich. It specializes in the production of high-tech cultivators. Its products are also well known in the corporation. The pneumatic seeder 12m width interested the delegates from Ukraine very much. It is possible that these seeders will work on corporation's fields in the near future. Apart from working issues, the delegation visited an ancient castle in the Alps and took a walk in the streets of Munich. Two days of the trip went very fast, but there is enough experience and production prospects for a long period of work.
