LLC Dnistrovske (Kelmenetsky area) tried to stay afloat the utmost. Its director, Vasily Teleshman bought any available equipment and kept the old order. He was waiting public policy to change and help the village. Villagers are providers of the State, its food security guarantor. But they have to work in such harsh conditions, practically on the verge of death. Time passed, but nothing changed. Many strangers visited village and incited the villagers to surrender their land for lease.
Soon Vasily understood that their existence won't last long without an infusion of money. They had no working capital and money was washed from the village without return. This situation certainly would lead to total collapse, as it happened in many other farms. Vasily Teleshman began to look for potential philanthropists and started sort of casting. LLC Dnestrovy Rosy became the pride of the Svarog West Group corporation in only two years. The central office is located in the Dnistrovka village. The farm united eight village councils of Kelmenetsy area - 6.7 thousand hectares of arable land total. Corporational specialists began work analyzing soil with the help of Fertility Center. Then they prepared scientific basis for fertilizing and processing, crop rotation, provided high quality seeds and other resources without limitations.
LLC Dnestrovy Rosy preserved some livestock farms, therefore fodder production and horticulture. This fact pleases Vasily Teleshman, because job quantity depends of business activity. He claimed that the corporation didn’t dismiss a single person. On the contrary, we are happy to hire good specialist. However, 300 people once worked in their small farm on 1200 ha of arable land and now almost 7000 thousands ha are maintained by only 200 people. This is natural outflow. Some retired and other left the village.
Village always remains the same. The people here are deprived many benefits of civilization. They have to lead bleak precarious existence without assistance and providing basic needs. That's why many funds are aimed for the improvement of villages, schools and kindergartens, for charitable assistance to large families, the elderly and other needy.
