The boxing, one of the most favourite sports entertainments of Europeans and with the occurrence on a ring of Klichko brothers, successfully competes for a rank of the most popular kind of sports in Ukraine. Possibility to grind force of character, the physical form, reaction, self-checking involve the men, since the childhood. After all even employment at amateur level for boys give the chance to learn correctly to be guided in a situation, to estimate the forces, to make instant decisions, that considerably promotes their success in a life.
So Ivan Jastrub considers, the senior trainer of section of boxing of the Khmelnitskiy regional centre of physical training of student's youth. His opinion divide about 400 young sportsmen and 6 professionals who organise training process. And many friends, fans, patrons of sport also divide this opinion.
Giving all the best on full, Ivan not only creates alternative to harmful influence of streets, attaching children and teenagers to a healthy way of a life, but also lights the present asterisks of boxing which at professional level defend honour of Khmelnitskiy area and Ukraine as a whole.
The example to that is a silver medal on the European championship among juniors of Gor Saakjan to which honour to represent our country at competitions of such level has been entrusted. 155 participants from seventeen countries, having gathered in the Russian city of Anapa from September, 28th till October, 4th, have shown readiness to struggle for the European superiority.
Uneasy process of adaptation to a new environment has made additional loadings for participants. But thanks to natural abilities and the got skill, the strict control and support of the trainer, Gor has proved to be from the best party, it is a little having conceded in his weight category only to the boxer from Russia.
For the guy it is the first experience of performances on a ring of such level, and behind shoulders – participation and victories in the different championships, in particular, on superiority of Ukraine, and daily trainings lasting many hours in boxing section.
Achievements of Gor – pride of Khmelnitskiy boxing, but it is far not the unique successful sportsman. Ivan Jastrub tells, that it is a lot of young men and girls show fine potential. In particular, this is Garnik Saakjan, Jury Streletsky, Svetlana Tertichnaja and many others.
But enough extended, unfortunately, is the situation when talented sportsmen have no possibility to act at prestigious competitions. And the reason for it is a shortage of means. After all, to get on the championship, it is necessary to pass the sports gathering which cost is essential enough. Further – a trip. The state financial support has is conditional-symbolical character. Therefore it is possible to tell without exaggeration, that the considerable contribution to the Ukrainian silver was made by people who have found desire and means for maintenance of participation of our command.
The chairman of the board of «Svarog West Group» corporation A.Gordijchuk, the real judge of talents became such person. And, of course, words of gratitude are deserved by the director of Open Company "Cooperator" M.Vorona, who already throughout many years sponsors the boxing section and defends its interests.
Association of talent and possibilities has yielded good result, and ahead – the new horizons, new victories of young boxers and their trainers.
