Well planned and organised storage of technique, especially during the winter period, gives the chance to reduce expenses of working hours and means for its maintenance service and repair. It is connected with the fact, that the majority of agricultural machinery which use during the year, is exposed to destructive influence of atmospheric factors and environment. Therefore it should be stored properly, but for this purpose it is necessary to select correctly first of all technologies and ways of storage, to choose technological and conservation materials.
In «Svarog West Group» corporation they also pay the big attention to preparation of technique for winter; after all in the agro industrial activity the corporation uses the newest multipurpose and highly productive technique of American and also European manufacture. The technical centre of the company is the modern complex in village Mokiivtsy of Shepetivka area where concentrated all machine-transport resources and service departments. Sergey Filjuk, the director of MTS, tells us, how to prepare the technique for storage during the winter.
- We approach very carefully to the storage of agricultural machinery during the winter, - Sergey Filjuk narrates, - first of all a lot of attention is given to cleaning and washing of cars. In the complex work two car washes: stationary and mobile, where all technique is washed and located on preservation. But not all machinery undergoes such procedures because still approximately 60 % of technique are involved in the work in the fields. A sowing technique is already stored, together with sprayers which are processed by a special cold-resistant liquid. It is necessary to notice, that such way of machinery preservation was entered recently and is effective enough.
When all technique is cleared and put in order, it is placed directly on storage. Thus all details of cars, which contacted with a soil, are painted or processed by anticorrosive greasing. At storage the tyres also unload and lifted on special foot supports. Also is checking a quality of a cooling liquid in radiators of tractors and self-propelled cars.
- As to places of storage of technique, here all is organised properly too, - the director of MTS tells, - technique for soil processing is stored on specially equipped open areas, and the automated mechanical means are placed in closed boxes which are approximately 50. Also Sergey Filjuk has noticed, that during the winter is carry out additional charges of storage batteries, which were withdrawn from cars and are transferred to storage in special storehouses with an optimum temperature mode.
As a whole, the technical park of corporation is about 400 units, which provide processing of the earths in two areas, Chernivtsky and Khmelnytsky, and also are used for granting of services to other enterprises.
