Since ancient times Ukraine was famous for kind, talented and hardworking people. At all times grain-growing work was a defining component of development of the state, a basis of its stability. A natural wisdom is indisputable: if there is a crop, so there is a peace and calm among the people, and the beginning of all is a plough and a furrow. Our ancestors, during processing the earth, considered it live, spiritualised it and have transferred us in a heritage deep respect for it. That goes from the earth, merges in our consciousness in a single whole: a flower and a dew drop, a cheerful streamlet and a green grove, a piece of balmy bread and a jug of fresh milk, a native word and a song. All it together develops the small native land and grows in Fatherland.
In our country agriculture is especial, the most socially significant leaving part of national economy, which guarantees food safety of the state, and in other words – the peace, the harmony and a prosperity of an independent Ukraine. Therefore Day of the Workers of Agriculture is celebrated as a professional holiday of the workers of rural manufacture, the enterprises of processing of agricultural raw materials, the food-processing industry, and the procurement, hydro economic and operating enterprises of agriculture of Ukraine.
This holiday of agrarians was based in Ukraine «… for the purpose of support of the workers' initiative of agriculture of Ukraine …», according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine «About the Day of the Workers of Agriculture» from October, 7th, 1993. It is not surprising, that Ukrainians have been celebrated it during such long period of time. After all the importance of agricultural branch is really very important: in modern agriculture complex work about third of all population of the country. The agriculture forms 11 % of gross domestic product and brings in the state treasury about 1,2 billion UAH annually. That is why economic independence of the country, well-being of its citizens, nation health, and welfare of present and future generations directly depends on a status of affairs in agricultural branch.
This significant date also commemorate in «Svarog West Group» corporation, which is forceful agrarian association of the Western Ukraine. After all industrial activity of the corporation covers such aspects of agriculture, as plant growing, animal industries and fruit-and-vegetable growing.
For employees of «Svarog West Group» corporation Day of the Worker of Agriculture became not just a festive and even outstanding. Persevering and laborious work, which has given fine indicators on all kinds of activity, and also superiority of Shepetivka district in Khmel'nytsky region per volumes of agricultural production, has been worthy estimated not only by management of «Svarog West Group» corporation, but also regional and district administration.
In particular, high awards had been awarded Andriy Gordijchuk, the chairman of the corporation, Volodymyr Stetsjuk, the first deputy chairman of the corporation, Juriy Gavryljuk, the deputy chairman of the corporation, Andriy Sapizhenko, the transport department director, Julia Kostyshyn, the assistant of the accounting department director of the corporation.
Awards had been also awarded workers of Limited Liability Company «Podilskiy Gospodar 2004», namely Mukola Krasnomovets, granger, Maryna Pahar, an accountant, Alexander Maksymchuk, the chief veterinary surgeon, Juriy Gordijchuk, the mechanical engineer, Vasyl' Bereznitskiy, the driver, Elena Kushniruk, the milkmaid, Natalia Panasjuk, the cattle breeder.
Limited Liability Company "Gorodyshchenske" has offered to award such workers, as Taisija Kushnir, the bookkeeper, Volodymyr Malynovskiy, the driver of vehicles, Vasyl' Mel'nyk, the occasional worker, Lydmyla Bachynska, the storekeeper.
From the private enterprise "Crystal" have been awarded Sergiy Maljarchuk, the technologist, and from Limited Liability Company "Korchyk" Victor Gorljuk, the tractor-driver.
The employees of Limited Liability Company «Ovochevyj dim Podillja» also have received awards. They are: Mykola Narusevych, the agriculturist and Juriy Ilchuk, the mechanic.
The workers of Limited Liability of Company "Seredinetskyj" have been awarded for professional discharge of duties. Among them are Victor Borijchuk, the tractor-driver, Mykola Kasjan, the engineer, Volodymyr Tomashevsky, the mechanic-repairman, Vasyl' Pechenjuk, the tractor-driver.
Limited Liability Company «Levada 2003» also was not missed with awards and such workers of this company, as Valerij Lemeshuk, the head of production station, Roman Kolesnyk, the agriculturist, Natalija Kovalchuk, the bookkeeper, Svitlana Kravchuk, the bookkeeper, Natalija Lavruk, the storekeeper, Maria Jasinska, the occasional worker.

An Open Joint Stock Company «Shepetivska realbaza hliboprodyktiv» has presented on rewarding following workers - Alexander Lisetskiy, the head of production station, Myhajlo Tyhonjuk, the worker of processing of grain, Victor Mushynskiy, the worker of processing of grain.
At Limited Liability Company «Dnistrovi rosu» have been awarded Vasyl' Teleshman, the director and Vira Kohanko, the chief accountant. And in Joint Stock Company "Myr" have been awarded Valentyna Jaskovets, a granger.
Limited Liability Company «Bukovynskiy Sad» nominated for awards the best workers, namely Elena Kozak, the director, Vitaliy Jatsenko, the chief agronomist, Volodymyr Shcherban', the foreman of garden business, Vasyl' Rjabyj, the foreman of garden business, Petro Pyslar, the foreman of garden business, Oleg Rjabyj, the foreman of garden business.
Among the employees of Limited Liability Company «Svarog Bukovyna» the awards received Veronica Olijnyk, the chief accountant, Juriy Kovtjuh, the main agriculturist, Ivan Harabara, the driver and Ivan Prodan, the driver.
Also the awards were given to Galina Shevchyuk, a livestock specialist of Limited Liability Company "Agrofirma" Kobolchynska » and Vasyl' Gafinchuk, the foreman of garden business of private enterprise « Bukovyna Agrosvit ».
