


Today it’s not surprising for anybody that with increase in quantity of the various processing enterprises and factories, the quantity of an organic waste has also increased. As a result it turned to occurrence of many environmental problems.
For the purpose of prevention of threat to environment such waste should be utilised. One of the ways of recycling of an agricultural waste is a biogas technology, which together with the environmental problem decision allows receiving highly effective organic fertilizers and energy in the form of biogas.
Biogas equipment is an active system of clearing, which makes biogas and biofertilizers from a biowaste by without-oxygen fermentations, and it is possible to tell without exaggeration, that it brings «incomes from a waste» or «money from dung». By means of the given technology it is possible to utilise a biowaste, and also to receive biogas, the electric power, warmth and fertilizers.
Recently this direction develops seriously, especially in countries of Western Europe. The materials of the international agricultural exhibitions testify about it. They are annually spent in Poznan, Brno and Hanover.
Development of this biogas equipment goes in two directions. The first is a rational simplification, and, accordingly, reduction in price of these equipments, during which use biogas reception is the minor purpose in comparison with requirements of ecological safety of environment and reception of highly effective organic fertilizers. These workings out, as a rule, are offered for use in small farms. The second direction is a creation of modern highly productive full-complex biogas equipments on the basis of modern advanced designs of bioreactors, the modern automated control systems of technological process, highly effective heating, electrotechnical and technological equipment.
Also it is necessary to notice, that advantage of the given system is simplicity, comparative cheapness and possibility of fast re-equipment of already existing systems of accumulation and manure processing in biogas equipments.

Delegation of "Svarog" included the director of cattle breeding department A.Paljanytsa, the chairman of board of agroindustrial firm "Orshivska" M.Cheredaryk and the director of Limited Liability Company «Podilskiy gospodar-2004» L.Olijnyk, who shares with us impressions about the voyage.
As Leonid Stepanovich has told, the workers of corporation have demonstrated the work of the given system, and also functioning of milking machines and the equipment of milking halls.
One more interesting moment of visit of German was the trip on factory, which is engaged in processing of sawdust and manufacturing from it so-called biopalet – the pressed dried up sawdust, which are used as fuel.
Also L.Olijnyk has informed about a meeting with the polish farmer, who is engaged in cattle breeding and makes natural fertilizers by means of the special device, called aerator. This machine crushes dung and straw and enriches this mix by oxygen. Then this mix is scattered on fields and used as fertilizer. This fertilizer even is better than usual, Leonid Stepanovich marks. It is natural, cheaper and influences positively enough on indicators of fertility and humus of grounds.
