The next 365 days approached to the end and a new, 2010 yea is knocking at the door. The workers of «Svarog West Group» corporation always begin a new year with the analysis, with what experience has enriched us this year, what has been made for development of the company, and which tasks will be waiting for us next year. The head of board of corporation Andriy Gordijchuk made conclusions about the activity of the company, and also shared plans for 2010 year:
- 2009 was uneasy for Ukraine in the whole and the corporation is a part of it. However, despite it, «Svarog» has not lost the leadership positions and continues to be number one among the agrarian enterprises of the western Ukraine. We are proud of that we work in the most powerful and perspective agro industrial structure. In my opinion, the agriculture is capable not only to extend the state from financial crisis, but also in general to present it in the international market and it will give the chance to become powerful economically and politically.
The important stage for corporation's development is the exit on foreign market. For two years of the work we gained a lot of foreign partners, among them are Near East and Asia. Also for today our company receives the propositions on annual contracts from foreign partners from Europe, which are interested it stable deliveries of great volumes of production. Namely «Svarog» has not simply entered the foreign market, but also successfully becomes stronger on it. I am convinced that in several years we will be in the five of the basic exporters of grain production in Ukraine.
I notice with pleasure, that the cattle breading branch confidently heads up for stable development. Quantitative and, that is even more important, qualitative indicators of production meat and milk are increasing; the amount of the big horned livestock stably increases too. We have constant partners in realisation of livestock products. And if earlier we addressed with propositions to buy our goods, today address to us and it testifies about the formation of high positive image of «Svarog».
The same tendency is observed in rather new branch – gardening. The apples and the pears, certificated by the Dutch experts, are recognised by highly harmless. It gives the chance to deliver high-quality fruit production on the markets of Ukraine and to compete to the Polish propositions successfully. Building of fruit depositories gives the chance to be the active market player throughout all the year.
The corporation has not receded from its leadership positions in social policy. The motto of «Svarog West Group» corporation «With people and for people» is strictly carried out. The company spends system charitable work in all territories of its activity. We help both inhabitants of the villages, and settlements as a whole, and not for good effect. We see and we understand the big perspectives of the village, also we sincerely aspire to keep and strengthen it.
I wish to underline, that a basis of success of corporation is the human factor – corporation employers. After all, collective, which consists of professionals is a guarantee of dynamic development. In our company work both recognised masters of the business, and young experts. And it is pleasant for me to recognise, that many of them, working with us, have improved and have raised their professional level. Pleases that people consider prestigious to work at us, and it testifies to high level of the company.
