In «Svarog West Group» corporation already became a good tradition to study experience of other organisations, in particular, the foreign. Employees of corporation, with active assistance of a direction, have visited various exhibitions, seminars, conferences abroad and also took part in programs on the international training.
This time we talk about technical maintenance without which is impossible normal functioning of any link of corporation. After all a motor-vehicle pool of «Svarog West Group» corporation includes the modern and powerful techniques of the western manufacture and experts of the company carefully watch its serviceability and quantity replenishment.
Not less interesting is the fact, where this technique is made. With this purpose company "Agrotek" in Dnipropetrovs'k has organised a trip to the USA, Illinois, on the "John Deere" factory. The delegation structure included only 14 persons from Ukraine, including the director of technical department Sergiy Filjuk.
It is necessary to notice, that «John Deere» company is included into the list of 100 greatest companies, which production is realized all over the world. «John Deere» factories are located in Europe, Asia, the Northern and South America. The company is divided into seven divisions, which provide manufacture of the agricultural equipment, equipment for the building and a wood enterprise, manufacture of the commercial equipment for parks and lawns, and also motors.
In the United States of America the representatives of delegation from Ukraine have been staying from January, 23 till January, 30 and for this time they have seen and visited a lot of interesting and useful. In particular, on one of «John Deere» company's factory they had an opportunity to observe the manufacture of agricultural machinery, have learnt about the history of occurrence of the factories, and also about high technologies, which are used in the manufacture. Especially the visitors remembered practically completely automated work. For example, the welding works were executed by robots, which also can paint cars.
Also there was interesting excursion in the Industrial museum of the USA and on a city. The participants of the trip remained very satisfied with this interesting and informative trip and came back to Ukraine with new forces to start their work.
