It is impossible to have the healthy nation, fertile soils and prosperous village without animal industries. Ukraine begins with village: developed, rich, provided. "Svarog West Group" corporation constantly propagandizes and supports the processes of perfection and improvement of a life of the villages. Here the big hopes are assigned to cattle-breeding sphere. A lot of means are allocated for its modernisation, training of experts, trips abroad for the purpose of an exchange of experience.
In March on the basis of “Svarog” has passed a seminar - training on animal industries. Discussion of the problems arising fattening of cattle, and also search of new approaches in realization of the given process became an action overall objective. The basic accent was put on that, how to teach our experts to think, first of all, how to make feeding correct, how to raise productivity, and at the same time to spend it with the minimum monetary expenses. The seminar was spent by the director of department of animal industries of the Ministry of Agriculture of Israel Gaby Adin, who has been visited Ukraine earlier and to familiarize with our culture of managing. He is one of the best, world-wide recognized experts in sphere of fattening of the large horned livestock. Also the participants of a seminar were the employees of department of animal industries of the corporation, scientific, students and teachers of high schools, with whom the company conducts active cooperation, in particular, representatives of Kamenets-Podi’lsk state agrarian-technical university.
The cooperation of «Svarog West Group» corporation with Israel has its own traditions and operating time. Israel is one of few countries, who is the leader of dairy efficiency of cattle today. Since 2007 our experts have possibility to visit the given country for the purpose of studying of the organization of manufacture, and in 2008 our milk technologists have passed training courses there.
Anatoliy Paljanytsa, the director of department of animal industries, as the present owner, welcomed the foreign visitors, who have arrived under the invitation of corporation. During discussion he has neatly noticed, that a fundamental principle of "backwardness" of the Ukrainian cattle-breeding branch is absence of the program of development of the given sector at the state level. In comparison with a world science our science in animal industries has not made powerful steps still with Soviet 60-s. That’s why the seminar problem was the strategic and directed on updating the procedure of manufacture of milk and on application of new approaches in management of the given process. The first step is already made to achieve desirable result. It is a question of opening a cow house on new designs in village Velyka Medvedivka. After all productivity directly depends on conditions of the maintenance of cattle.
In a basis of Gaby Adina’s councils is a system vision of increase in volumes of meat-milk production by «Svarog West Group» corporation. It has particularly sounded a number of conditions on caring and fattening. After all the way of the maintenance of animals depends on endurance of their organism, a condition of a mammary gland and dairy efficiency, quality of the milk, reproduced ability and operation term. The microclimate of premises, the maintenance influences on immunological firmness of cows, and also viability of an issue. The optimal method of the maintenance of cows in dead standing period is loose housing way; witch allows observing the hygienic requirements.
Concerning the process of fattening, here the requirement of young growth of dairy cattle for energy, nutritious and biologically active substances on the basis of what rough norms of feeding are presented is indisputable. Consumption of a solid of forage, assimilation of nutrients, availability and efficiency of use of energy of forages in an organism of young growth of large horned livestock depends on type of feeding of animals. The important role in optimisation of exchange processes of an organism play macro-and microcells which apply mainly as mineral additives in animal industries. The forage is expedient for enriching the copper, necessary for normal development of a skeleton, processes hemopoiesis both growth reproduction, and zinc - a compound component of many fermentable systems of animals organism’.
After listening of lectures-installations of the foreign colleague our experts have made exhaustive conclusions. In particular, the dean of technical faculty of Kamenets-Podil’sk agrarian university Mykola Gavrylovych, who has received the invitation to visit the given action together with the students, has completely supported the principles sounded of Gaby Adin. And the basic pathology of the Ukrainian system of animal industries he sees in our inability to work on result. Therefore experience of Israel should become an example for imitation. So far as there has been reached annual milk yield from a cow on the average on 12 500 kg, and today this indicator is in the lead in the world. Having applied the practice of this country on own example, we will be able if not to overtake it, anyway, to improve own indicators. Students have completely agreed with the opinion of their teacher. The only thing, that they have added from themselves, it that each of them has the big desire to work in such corporation. After all the analogues of it in Ukraine is possible to count on fingers of one hand. And what we can talk about the application of the newest technologies here, the organization of manufacture and an amicable family of professionals of the business...
It is pleasant to understand, that we aspire to become the best, more professionally, to support the norms, witch are recognized by the world, the requirement and usages. And this way is not simple enough. The main thing here - to work and demand from itself obligatory result. And this result will find the reflexion in health of the nation, a solvency and prosperity of the Ukrainian village!
