Since May 1, 2018, Svarog West Group Corporation has launched the Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme (VHIS) for employees in conjunction with Brokbusiness insurance company.
The most important component of health insurance is based on such a system: the enterprise acts under the so-called corporate insurance, and its employee is insured. That is, the employer himself lists the insurance company the insurance premium as set out in the insurance policy. Then, if an insured event occurs, a worker may apply for the help in the medical establishment which is determined by the insurance company (the insurer).
The Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme provides insurance payments to a medical institution, pharmacy or an insured person within the framework of the Insurance Scheme in accordance with insurance policy.
Directly medical services are provided within the insurance amount and established limits under individual insurance programs. In case of worsening of the disease or injury, etc., medical assistance or doctor's advice is required, the insured person must inform the Insurer's Medical Coordination Center and provide personal data. Further actions of the insured person are corrected by the personal coordinating doctor of the Medical Coordination Center.
Medical services are available for all insured employees without exception, provided by the Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme (VHIS) - emergency medical and outpatient care, hospitalization, emergency treatment, drug purchase facility.
